As the automotive industry continues to deal with the global shortage of computer chips traced back to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the production of new cars continues to deplete the availability of service loaners as dealers’ inventory levels drop.

To alleviate this shortage, we can provide alternate transportation such as a rental car, when available, for customers whose services are expected to be 2.5 hours or longer. For customers who do need to drop a vehicle off while being serviced, we can provide shuttle service within 10 miles of the dealership.
