I was in a unique situation that I was dealing with Jaguar corporate on a deal. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone looking. Jaguar of Naperville tried their best to fix my electric car. unfortunately after 4 failures from the car I opted to purchase a different vehicle. They were responsive to my needs and got me in a new car within a week and helped to quickly get through all the paper work. Highly recommend Patrick Jaguar of Naperville.

Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a conference in Naperville. Kevin told me to have my vehicle serviced at Patrick Land Rover the next time my vehicle needed a service.
